What to contact me about
- Formula errors or outdated references — If a calculator produces a result that differs from an authoritative source, please include the page URL, your inputs, the result you received, and the expected result with a source link.
- Tool suggestions — If there is a useful calculator that CalcForge does not yet have, describe the tool and the use case. Calculators backed by a published formula or clinical guideline are prioritised.
- Bug reports — Describe what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead. Include the browser and device type if the issue appears layout- or rendering-related.
- Privacy and data requests — For questions about data handling, cookie consent, or requests related to GDPR or CCPA, please email with “Privacy” in the subject line.
- Advertising and partnerships — For advertising enquiries, include “Advertising” in the subject line.
Response time
I aim to respond within two to three business days. High-priority reports — formula errors affecting health or finance tools — are reviewed the same day where possible.
What not to send
Please do not send unsolicited marketing, link-exchange requests, or guest-post pitches — these are not replied to.
